Over the years the Crew has developed several ways to support the Admirals organization, and interact fans with the team. Like Road trips to away games, The Admirals "Celebrity Serve" to benefit the Power play Foundation, end of the regular season Awards Banquet, scrapbooks for players, bingo fundraising events, summer picnics, Admirals memorabilia auctions and much more. The Crew has also attended summer hockey conventions, and played broomball with other booster clubs.
In addition to the Milwaukee Admirals Power play Foundation the Admirals Crew has also made charitable contributions to Milwaukee's Children's Hospital, Wisconsin's Timber Wolf Preservation Society, Penfield Children's Center, the Make A Wish Foundation, and the Sojourner Truth House

Founded in 1998, The Admirals Crew Inc. operates as a non-profit organization aimed at enhancing the Admirals hockey community and the City of Milwaukee through fundraising, charity donations and volunteer work.
